This Privacy Policy identifies and describes the way WiFiCube International Limited (hereinafter Called “WiFiCube”) uses and protects the information we collect through your use of WiFiCube’s rental products and services, as well as visit to our websites. We ensure this Privacy Policy is compliance by our staff with the strictest standards of security and confidentiality with the requirements of the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO).

1. Personal Information Collection and Use
We collect different types of personal information such as your name, telephone number, email address, address, flight details and any other personal information for rental sales purposes. Personal information is collected and used by WiFiCube for the following purposes:

• Processing order requests for WiFiCube’s rental products and services
• Preparing for billing and order status purposes
• Marketing WiFiCube’s rental products and services and
• Providing useful information regarding to rental products, travel, lifestyle

We will not use your personal data for any other purpose without your prescribed consent, unless such use is required or authorized by or under any enactment, by any rule of law or by an order of a court in Hong Kong.

2. Retention
All personal data you provide will be retained in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO) and its subsidiary legislation, guidelines that may be provided by applicable laws and regulations concerning the retention of such data or documents containing such data.

All rental history, including payment records, will be retained by WiFiCube for not more than 3 years after the rental order has been completed and closed. NO CREDIT CARD INFORMATION WILL BE STORED IN PAYMENT RECORDS.

3. Security
All personal data you provide will be restricted for access only by our staff who have a need to use the data for the purposes mentioned in “Personal Data Collection and Use” above and who have been trained to handle such data properly and to observe strict standards of confidentiality.

If you have any inquiries or concerns about this Privacy Policy, or wishes WiFiCube to cease processing the information it has about that Customer as a result of the Customer’s use of WiFiCube’s website, please contact us.
